CLINICAL EXAMINATIONS

The clinical examination begins with the submission of Segregated Totals and Logs. Due date(s):

August 15, 2011 for review by the Board at the September 2011 meeting – if logs are approved, clinical examination cases are due in the Board Office by April 20, 2012 – the clinical examination date would be Friday, June 8, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL

OR

March 15, 2012 for review by the Board at the June 2012 meeting – if logs are approved, clinical examination cases are due in the Board Office by August 10, 2012 – the clinical examination date would be Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown in Chicago, IL
